Welcome to Bethany!
Bethany is a congregation of individuals who share one thing, an overwhelming love for Christ. Please take a few minutes to investigate how our commitment to Him is carried out through our ministries and activities. Join us as we rejoice in the gift of the Holy Spirit celebrating the love of Christ by sharing it with our neighbors. Why not join us in worship this Sunday via Facebook Livestream?
If you haven't yet visited Bethany, we invite you to join us for virtual worship Sundays at 10:00 a.m. for our blended service utilizing traditional hymns and contemporary Christian music on Facebook.

A Special Message About Corona Virus
We will restart in-person Sunday worship services on February 7. Because the risk of COVID 19 infections continues, social distancing and masks must be worn throughout the service. The balcony will remain closed.
The Women's Bible Study and the Morning Prayer Meeting will not resume scheduled meetings and functions at this time..
Of course, we will continue to monitor the situation and make changes as necessary.
Despite having made some progress in controlling this pandemic, it is still important to continue to use social distancing and use masks. "Do unto others as you would have them do to you." Luke 6:31 NIV. The mask is not only protecting you, but is protecting your brothers and sisters in Christ.
We encourage all members to pray for those afflicted with this disease, and all illnesses. Pray for our church, our denomination and our country. Pray that our government officials will not rely on their own finite power but that they will turn sincerely and humbly to God for leadership, true strength and wisdom. Pray that God will look upon us with mercy.
Pastor Dave has discontinued his nightly devotions on Facebook. The past devotions and worship services are still available on Facebook. You do not need a Facebook account to view them.

During this difficult time, many of you are purchasing items online. If you use Amazon as one of your sources, remember that if you go to smile.amazon.com rather than the usual Amazon site, a small portion of your purchase will be donated to Bethany. It does not cost you more to shop at smile.amazon.com, Bethany just benefits from your purchase.

Hearing The Word
Bethany has installed a hearing loop assistance system. This system allows a hearing aid user to receive the audio signal directly from the sanctuary's sound system eliminating the extraneous sounds often picked up by hearing aid microphones. If your hearing aid is equipped with a "T-Coil" setting this system will greatly enhance your worship experience. If it is not, in many cases your audiologist can activate the "T-Coil" without having to purchase a new hearing aid. Contact us for more information.
